About Living Arts Wellness in Fort Collins

Our mission at Living Arts Wellness is to assist you in achieving a healthful life through our professional services and lifestyle education. We focus on the art of living through practicing complete wellness. Our belief is simple: rejuvenate and pamper the body with massage therapy, give the body the nutrients it needs, and clear away the tension and stress allowing the body to heal itself.

Our philosophy is that every massage should fit each client’s needs individually. We customize your therapeutic massage session to your needs.

From Swedish to Sports Massage, we strive to provide the best massage experience for our customers, clients, and the community we serve. Massage is effective and can prevent injury as well as keep your body healthy throughout your life. We aim to bring our clients out of their heads and into their bodies where they can experience the positive effects massage therapy has to offer for both the body and the spirit.

Living Arts Wellness goes beyond massage and bodywork with colon hydrotherapy, nutrition, and cleanses which many people incorporate as part of a healthy, holistic lifestyle. Our therapeutic massage and other massage services include Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, Myofascial Release Massage Therapy, Integrative Massage Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, and more. We also teach the nutritional work of Dr. Ann Wigmore who developed the Living Foods Lifestyle® to overcome disease and improve the quality of others’ lives.

We love being in the business of helping people by improving their health and well-being through hands-on therapy. We believe in the incredible healing power of human touch when done with compassion, intention, professionalism, and skill. It’s more than just a pleasurable indulgence. With regular appointments for professional massage therapy, massage may help minimize body aches, boost your immune system, improve insomnia, and generally enhance your quality of life. We promote peace, relaxation, and overall well-being through the healing power of massage.

We genuinely believe that massage and bodywork promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Our certified massage therapists are trained in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Joint Mobilization, and Swedish Massage. Whether you are looking for relaxation, pain relief, or actionable lifestyle changes, our sessions and teachings are customized just for you. We can’t wait to meet you and have you join the Living Arts Wellness family!
